BRAVE W Combat Training Class supported by Reebok

Announcing the launch of women-only combat training classes, supported by Reebok!
These 45 minute fitness classes will incorporate moves from a variety of combat sports, with a focus on kick-boxing.

These special classes will be taught by current MMA fighters,
including former Olympian Kazuyuki Miyata, now the owner of BRAVE Gym.
Your first class and joining fee have been completely free until the end of December 2016, so book now to discover what it’s all about!

About the Instructors

Kazuyuki Miyata

Founder of BRAVE Gym. Represented Japan in the Freestyle Wrestling (63kg Class) at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney. Currently competes in K-1MAX, HERO’S, Omisoka Dynamite, and DREAM tournaments.
